Service Description

This is a 2 hour "Hands on Class" in the process of making jewelry from stones. what we will accomplish is your knowledge of how to use our lapidary equipment in a safe and fun way. We will provide Petoskey Slabs for you. We will then polish your shape to a high sheen and make it into a pendant. You need not bring anything to the class. If you choose to bring a few of your own stones, that is encouraged. The lapidary equipment we have on site consists of the following: an 8 inch Cab kingpolishing machine, a 6 inch Cab King polishing machine, 10 inch lapidary saw, upright belt sander, buffing wheels, a ring saw and multiple drilling presses. We also do some vibratory and rotary tumbling, but not as often. $60 per person I will contact you for further scheduling and any questions you may have. Certificates will be sent out if this is a gift purchase.
